1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several delivery options based on the weight and sensitivity of the medical equipment:

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. White-Glove & Large Equipment Delivery
For heavy or complex equipment (such as hospital beds or large oxygen concentrators), we may offer “White-Glove Delivery.” This includes:
Delivery to a specific room of your choice.
Professional unboxing and removal of packaging debris.
Basic setup (if selected at checkout).
Note: Please ensure the delivery path is clear and fits the dimensions of the equipment ordered.
5. International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to [List Countries, e.g., United States, Canada, etc.]. For international orders, please note that your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Home Health Machine is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
6. Damages & Inspection
Home Health Machine is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, due to the nature of medical equipment, we ask that you:
Inspect the package upon arrival before signing for it.
If the item is clearly damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact our support team immediately at mymail@homehealthmachine.com.
Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. Home Health Machine is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
