We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from HomeHealthMachine.com. If you receive a product that is damaged during delivery, we offer a straightforward refund or return process — provided the issue is reported promptly.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or not working as intended upon delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours from the time of delivery.

To qualify for a refund or return, you must:

  • Date and time of delivery
  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging

Documentation helps us verify the issue quickly and accurately.

3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels must be intact
  • Damage must be through transit and not caused after delivery
  • Return must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery

Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

4. Return Approval & Pickup

Once we receive your damage report and verify the issue, we will:

  • Approve your return request
  • Arrange for the product to be picked up
  • Confirm details with you via email

5. Refund or Replacement

After the returned item has been received and inspected:

  • You may choose a full refund or a replacement (if available)
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval and processing

6. Shipping Charges

  • For verified damaged items, return shipping costs will be covered by us
  • Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are refundable only if the product was confirmed damaged on delivery

7. What Is Not Covered

Refunds and returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items damaged due to usage or mishandling after delivery
  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories
  • Missing items reported after the 48-hour window
  • Consumables/opened items not in original sealed condition
